ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The structure of the PC was changed through collaboration by he PC Officers, the head of the school, a board member and several parents. All strongly feel that the PC needs to expand due to an increase of the attendance of the school, new fundraising targets/goals and the need to foster a stronger relationship with the school leadership. The PC has always had a very hard working and dedicated membership, however, the schools growth brings new issues with it that need to be addresed in a more efficient manner.
There will now be four (4) Vice Presidents 2) VP Communications, b) VP Fundraising, c) VP Community and d) VP Social. All committee heads will fall under one of these VPs.There will also be a Parent Coordinator for 5-8th grade and a Parent Coordinator for 9th-12th grade. The chart below shows the new structure. Only the officers and Parent Coordinators will have a vote during PC business decisions. The President will only vote if there is a tie vote. All VPs and Parent Coordinators have been selected and will be at the general meeting.
